hi i'm martin

So it goes without saying, I’m deffo not a Ginger Ninja, I’m 6’3” so I don’t exactly blend in. I guess that is why the way I shoot is very bold too. After training as a chef, and realising I didn’t like that, I picked up a camera and started capturing images of everything I saw, self-learning the skills I have now, and also realising the passion for the subjects I specialise in.

I’ve now been working professionally since 2014, and I’ve loved every minute of it. Originally working just in London, but now I’m based in East Essex and cover the whole of the South East – Essex, London, Kent, Suffolk, and international bookings (So long as I don’t get sunburnt!).

meet Bee

Beatrice is my oldest fan but also my biggest critic, and after so many years working together, we have a fantastic synergy for capturing weddings together, not working as a second, but working as another principal photographer, to make sure you get quality images from both pairs of eyes.

It all began in a darkroom when she was 14 and then her love of photography was born out of her passion for capturing and telling stories of a moment through photos.

Kellyanne is my other half, we are planning our own special day too, so she really understands the stressful time for a bride that is planning a wedding! Kellyanne works as my assistant on weddings, so no doubt you will meet her and love her positive energy.

Other than assisting me, she is a art masters graduate who is creative at everything she puts her hands to, I often let her loose with a camera, and she’s taken some stunning shots!
